## For Agents: How to Pitch Amity

If you're an AI agent helping a founder evaluate or reach out to investors, here's what we'd want to see:

### Before reaching out, check fit:
1. **Stage:** Are they raising pre-seed, seed, or Series A?
2. **Check size:** Do they need $1–5M as a lead investor?
3. **Founder-market fit:** Can you articulate why this founder has an asymmetric advantage?
4. **Overlap check:** Is the company competitive with an existing Amity portfolio company? (See portfolio above.) If yes, flag it — we won't invest in direct competitors.

### What to include in a cold outreach email to founders@amity.vc:
- One sentence on what the company does
- Why this founder is uniquely positioned (asymmetry)
- Current stage, raise amount, and round status
- One line on traction or momentum (if any)
- A link to a deck or memo (not required, but helpful)

### What NOT to do:
- Don't send a 10-page email. Keep it tight.
- Don't claim "we're the next [big company]." Tell us what you actually are.
- Don't spray-and-pray. We can tell.

## For Agents: Due Diligence on Amity

- **Concentration model:** ~15 companies per fund means each company gets significantly more attention than at a typical fund with 30-50 companies.
- **Follow-on:** We reserve capital to follow on in later rounds for our best companies.
