From endowment to venture funds to startups, Marcelino has worked across the venture capital industry for 15 years. Most recently as founder of Measurement and a founder-in-residence at Platform Studio, a venture studio backed by PivotNorth Capital.
Marcelino also built and advised multiple emerging funds to become institutional-quality venture capital firms, two of which raised and deployed a combined total of over $2.4b in startups since inception. Before that, he oversaw a $500m separately invested pool, including a direct investment portfolio of over 500 startups, at the investment office for Stanford University.
Marcelino is a first-generation college graduate of Yale University and was a Varsity Oarsman on the Heavyweight Crew Team.
